Scope: To apply for the award - partners must serve customers or agencies in Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare, Education / Academia, Policing and Criminal Justice, Defence

Criteria

Value to Citizen: Application or Services must have improved existing citizen experiences of service delivery - what new services, what new service experience were provided to the citizen, what could the solution provide that the customer was not able to deliver before?

Efficiency: Application or Services must offer the public sector a greater efficiency - what was the cost saving or return on investment to the public sector body or agency?

Repeatability: Applications or Services that are repeatable and or replicable in other public sector markets or regions will be recognised - which regions and / or sub segments could the applications be offered to?

Entering an Application for the Award

Driving Innovation in the Public Sector

On the online application form you will be asked to answer the following questions in no more than 500 words in total.

  1. Reference: Which Public Sector customer uses this application or service?
  2. Value to Citizens: What has the application or service enabled the customer agency or body to provide that it couldn't before?
  3. Efficiency: What was the cost saving or return on investment to the customer?
  4. Repeatibility: What further regions (geographic) or sub segments of the Public Sector could also use this application or service
